General terms
Signitico OÜ ("we", the "Platform") provides an online service for storing, signing and sending documents (the "Service"). By using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
The Service
The Platform lets you upload and store documents in a secure digital environment, sign them electronically, send documents to other participants for signature and receive documents to sign, and follow document activity through an audit log.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the legality and accuracy of content uploaded to your account and for keeping access to your account secure. We are not responsible for losses caused by your disclosure of access credentials to third parties. You confirm that you are authorised to sign uploaded documents and that the personal data you provide is accurate.
Electronic signatures and security
The Platform provides technical tools for signing documents. Signing a document on the Platform expresses a legally binding intention. An audit log is retained as evidence of actions taken with documents. These records are confidential and protected under EU law.
Personal data
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, only to the extent necessary to provide the Service, and protect it in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Limitation of liability
The Platform is provided as is. We make every effort to maintain uninterrupted operation, but do not accept liability for losses caused by technical failures or force majeure. We are not responsible for the contents of documents uploaded by users.
Changes to these terms
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Platform. Continuing to use the Platform after changes take effect means that you accept the revised terms.
Disputes
The parties will first seek to resolve disputes relating to these terms through negotiation. If this is not possible, disputes will be resolved under the laws of Estonia.
